ITT: Friends of Boldium upvote their cliché and slow WordPress website.

It's really bad because they make you read all that "We" copy even on scrolling up. Meanwhile their contact textarea is so tiny unless your project is about four words you need to expand it. Try expanding the textarea and it grows up instead of down and is basically impossible to use.

The agency's shill(s) posting here are enough to make me not want to do business with them. Childish.

Before someone makes a comment about scroll jacking, I actually like the way its used here. If the transitions were a bit quicker, that would be even better IMO.

Thanks for the feedback Jason! We had a long internal debate about scroll jacking. In the end, we felt like it added to the story-telling on the homepage. I think you're right about speeding up the transitions though.

Hey Jason - We sped up the transitions last night per your feedback. I think it actually works a lot better now. Thanks again!

Not withstanding the pretty poor showing of their own staff praising themselves and obvious shills like Mary making commenting, the scrolljacking is incredibly confusing on this site.

I'm not some blanket scrolljack hater like many, if it's done well I think it's fine but on this site I was scrolling and stuff was flying one way then another and I never really felt like I was in control of what was happening.

What a great showcase of work, and love that you work with so many local Bay Area clients.

Wonderful. Love the idea – it's inventive, and the animations and scrolljack combine cleverly. It feels exciting and alive.

Some dodgy stuff happening with the colours. At least in chrome on a 5k iMac
