    Warning to those installing Folio. If you import an existing git repo, it will overwrite your .gitignore file and push all local commits on that branch automatically.

      @Gavin Thank you for great point! I did not experienced that. How do you avoid it? Is setting folio at start, before .gitignore good practice?

      It isn't as design-centric, but Github for Mac is a perfectly fine Git GUI. It handles non-Github repositories just fine.

    Thanks for this. I'm sharing it to my friends on Facebook, and soon, to my coworkers. I hope they'd like to learn about this as well.

    Actually I've been using git for design files quite a while now (maybe because I knew some developer stuffs). But I didn't do any research about it and now I know that some people out there already developed tools and plugins for it, I'm really glad!
