"Our use of the ‘Brandon’ typeface didn’t give us a strong voice and it’s over-use by many startup companies meant it could never be our own."

"... so we used a geometric sans-serif to try and stand out from the crowd" they neglected to add.

Seriously though, it's great work, and a lovely case-study. The characters are my favourite bit, I adore the personality and care that has been given to them, and how they reflect the core brand tenets. Clearly an absolute sh*t tonne of work has gone into this, and the results speak for themselves.

    Top work!

Such a thorough article, detailing the full rebranding process from start to finish. The result is amazing.

Really really like it. Bright, bold, recognisable, approachable, memorable, compelling.

This is actually a great article.

Sometimes rebrand articles can feel like the walls of post-its and sketches have been done after the final design has been chosen, just to make it look like there was a process. But it's clear a ton of thought went into this rebrand.

    What a beautiful outcome!
