We thought it might be useful to share some of the best practices we’ve seen from clients, and to shed some light on how to get the best out of working with a product design studio like ours.

In the 18 months or so that we’ve been in business we’ve noticed some patterns emerge. We’ve worked with 20+ entrepreneurs and product owners, the rich and the bootstrapped, the brand new as well as the seasoned.

It’s all very well and good knowing the playbook for executing on a product idea, but as soon as you’re inside the idea, when it’s yours and you get tangled up in all the complications that come with new ventures, all of that wisdom goes out of the window and you’re flying by the seat of your pants.

Of course, every company is different and this guidance might not apply in your circumstances, but this is what works for us and the product pioneers we work with.
