Are you on the 2015.3 version of Illustrator? Also, if you quit and restart Illustrator, does it still happen? I think it's similar to the 'PARM' error I get sometimes on Windows. Restarting the app always seems to fix it
There is an issue scrolling that page with my browser (safari 9, osx), made it very difficult to read.
Strange, maybe its the gifs? Do any of the other pages on my site give you issues?
Other pages seem ok, although none are as long so there is less scrolling. Disabling js fixed the issue.
