    Hi Alex,

so here goes: 1. hero image on the homepage. This almost put me off totally; it feels too cheesy, and as this is an example of the kind of thing you can do in Gravit I may think that it's not for me. There's a disconnect between the style of the Robot and the weight of strokes and shading used for the Head.

    1. The name doesn't appear on the Homepage except for in the top left corner and in the "synced" section. I would at least add it to the main hero.

    2. Obviously I love Roboto. A great typeface, but I find the pairing of it with Handlee to be quite difficult. Handlee almost feels handwritten, yet it's not, and it has echoes of comic sans.

    3. I love how you've added handles to things when you mouse over. I think that's quite clever and unique.

    4. The illustrations are very nice, but inconsistent. At the top you have the Robot dude, then you have these great detailed illustrations with an almost bubblegum aesthetic, and then you use stroke icons in the "stay synced" section (the Safari icon looks blurry compared to the rest). I would like to see you pick up style and roll with that throughout.

    Just some initial thoughts.

    Hi everyone,

We've put a lot of efforts into our new landing page, all hand drawn illustrations and custom pages. As Gravit can do so many things we've tried to categorize everything into subpages and I am curious what you say and where we could possibly improve!

thanks :) - Alex, CEO Gravit

Before I read Thomas's comment I had not realised I could scroll down...

Maybe it's lack of coffee on my part — the clouds looked to be framing the bottom of the page.

One of the things I look for when discovering a new tool / product is who's behind it. But I couldn't find that easily in the top or bottom nav (an About or Company section) - what's the reason for not having it?

The header gave me intense anxiety.

    Hi Alex,

I'd say the robot isn't needed. Also, looking on a Macbook Pro, the hero text that is pushed to the right can't be seen as it's white text on the cloud background.

Illustrations: Whilst not my taste personally, it's nice to see something other than flat design. Also, I like the use of 'pen-tool' anchors around some of the interface.

I do agree with what Thomas said though, stick with one style, you have a mixture of well crafted illustrations against simple flat icons. Also, whilst on Thomas' points, he's right about the font mixing.

There is a HUGE difference between your homepage and some of the inner pages. To me, your inner pages look cleaner, simpler, although there are some big differences in font sizes, I'd suggest keeping font's in 1, maybe 2 sizes for body text, then the rest as headers.

All in all, it's a great start and I don't think it will put users off. Personally speaking, the website just looks like a V1 to me. Obviously it will evolve over time, as you get feedback like this.

    Well done and good luck!
