I was lucky to see a sneak peek of the new logo and designs, as we (Lumi) helped manufacture the new packaging. There is so much thought throughout the whole identity system. Jeff has done an amazing job making it cohesive across print and web.
Now I know of Lumi. I'll be needing the services you offer soon.
Thanks for helping manufuacture the new packaging. Turned out awesome!
What's with the massive carousel that doesn't give any indications that it's actually a carousel? No pagination, no arrows, doesn't auto scroll (not that a condone this)... you just have to 'know' to swipe it.
And on my laptop there's no way to change which slide it's on..
Thanks for the feedback guys. Working on implementing an indicating for the carousel and fixing some minor bugs with it. I know carousels can be polarizing, but we're testing a few things out with it.
there's a scrollbar in the middle of the header
Yep, we're working on fixing that Safari bug. Not quite sure what's going on there since it looks fine on the version of Safari I'm running. Thanks for the heads up.
Really digging this update.
Thanks Paul!
Awesome job! Love the case study!
thanks Jan!
I love this!
Thanks Ratik. Appreciate it.
Nice looking brand and site
thanks Alex!
Has a nice polish, tho I feel it has a very "wordpress" feel to it—don't know if thats bad or good? Also the space in the logotype between "G" and "M" feels uncomfortable. And I would try just having the icon on the top left...since the url already says where I am, along with more indicators—the Icon should be pushed more to make it more associated with the brand. imho.
Thanks for the feedback! I'm still working to fine tune some of these things and working to incorporate the icon more.
Not bad. I like the contrast, but something is off with the footer alignment on the right side.
thanks for the note. We're working on getting that footer aligned :)
