It is a lovely, easy to navigate site that is user friendly and shows the work off well. I have the following comments:

Always keeping the user in mind, we work your problem out and we find the best solution – this is what I do and love.

You refer to yourself in both the first person singular and plural. As it is a personal site, it should always be I.

The logo looks a little jaggy on my desktop and even worse on a retina mobile screen - have you thought about an SVG?

The main image on the homepage looks over-sharpened and quite artefact heavy, just not great quality. Quality is more important than size in this instance. A retina alternative would again be nice.

The German testimonials feel out of place on a site written primarily in English. No user will go to the trouble of translating them. It may be worth having a language selector depending on your target audience.

The work is nice. The captions feel either unnecessary or underused. Either get rid of them or make them work harder. I can see that it is a desktop view, but what is interesting about it?

I really like the shiftschool project. I am also a fan of your style guides that are included for each project, looks very professional.

    Nice one!

      Hey Mark,

thanks for your awesome feedback! I've already changed most of your further comments. Is it better now?

The testimonials.. yeah.. I still have no clue how to solve it. Maybe I'll translate the german ones into english by myself.

Style Guides: Thanks, buddy. They are pretty useful, yeah ;)

      Cheers, Rafael

Yeah looks good to me, the logo is very sharp on mobile now. Projects flow better without the captions.

Maybe I'll translate the german ones into english by myself.

I think that may be the best way to do it. You could always have a language switcher on the top right like...

        english / german (original)

so it doesn't look like you are trying to rewrite what people have written.
