For a site that uses a lot of video, it loads very quickly. Animations tie well with the feeling of the website. The menu animation flipping to an X indicates that maybe you aren't on the bleeding edge of research regarding of close menu icons, which is now decidedly best represented by a dinosaur in a sombrero. Other then that, nice work.
Can you expand on the close menu icons? That caught my attention.
It was a joke :wink-emoji:
Super slick and extremely well put together site! Bringing some respect to my hometown ;) Can I come work for you guys!!! ;)
Check out the Contact Us form... type something :)
One of the first examples recently where the scroll jacking worked perfectly with my trackpad! great design and branding, love the style and how put together the whole thing feels!
Good work!
Nice use of video. I thought those were programmed animations at first. The only downside is not having a fallback option for mobile so that those users could experience the animation, too.
I really like the slick animations.
Looking really nice. The animation is super smooth and the paged scrolling works perfectly.
Well done! I'm amazed how the video loads so fast. Can I ask? What did you use or is it the hosting provider? I like it.
Hi Noel,
We used Amazon CloudFront for the videos-- it's a CDN so it makes everything snappy.
Performance is so smooth! Lovely
Really hate the scrolling, but other than that this site is beautiful!
