ASK DN: What are your exercise routines?

I try to work out at least 2-3x a week.

30min cardio (interval running) One large, full-body lift (squats, cleans, front-squat, etc) Two smaller, full-body movements (box jumps, thrusters, etc).

Any one else?

    I'm an obsessive hiker and can constantly be found tramping around the White Mountains of New Hampshire and beyond. Gyms bore me to sleep. I need to be outside.

    Generally, walking from the couch to my desk. But recently I have been doing Yoga a lot more, pushups and bodyweight movements. And soon I will likely get a home gym in my garage.

    Trying to lose fat and gain muscle. Started my journey 6 months back.. as of now lowest weight is 10kg less than my highest weight. Below are the exercise routines for now. i change almost every two weeks.

    4 days weight lifting

    Day 1 - Biceps, Back Day 2 - Triceps, Chest Day 3 - Shoulder, abs Day 4 - Legs, abs

    Cardio - training with C25k - 2 to 3 times a week

    Saturday - Badminton Practise

    Sometimes i cant finish off everything in a week. But ill try to match up in coming weeks.

    I do Brazilian jiu-jitsu 2-3 times a week. At home I do kettle-bell carries, deadlifts, and extensions. I usually go on a hike each weekend. Sometimes yoga.

    I do strength training 2-3 times a week (full body workouts) and if I'm in the mood I'll do HIIT during the weekends for cardio, 30 sec intervals of running, mountain climbers, power squats, burpees.

    A bunch of us go to crossfit twice a week at lunch time but this helps if you have on site showers or things can get a little musky :s ha. I also mix that in with some yoga and runs.

    Interesting question! I hope to see some interesting answers. I do Martial Arts twice a week. And I bike in stead of taking the car for distances <15km. Like Ken, pure exercise bores me. Hey, not everyone is perfect

    Big Mac, Filet o Fish, Quarter Pounder, French Fries....

    Seriously, most of the same. Strength training, 5x5 - and alternating between circuit training and german volume training.
