So I'm writing a job description because we need to hire a 4th product designer. I was curious if you guys had thoughts on the approach I'm using here. It's long, and intentionally so. I wanted it to feel more human, in depth, and approachable than the most of the descriptions you see on job boards. As designers, does something like this resonate with you? Is it too much? Any feedback would be really useful and appreciated. Thanks!
Hey Garrett! I really like this "human" approach, but I would say, that there are too many details at this stage. For example, it's cool to know about the team more, but maybe not at this point, but a bit later. Wish you will find a good one!
Thanks for the feedback, Fedor! Yes I'm considering making a shortened version as well to test whether people want quite as many details. Thanks for pointing that out :)
