If you take a moment to go the actual website http://www.partner.co.il/ you'll see that there's way more to the branding redesign than a billboard that only shares a few surface-level similarities to a branding for a pastry shop somewhere in Mexico. I'm sure they didn't 'rip off' anything, let alone 'completely'.
They used a line-based pattern, boxes, text, and color. What, next you'll tell me those letters spell words? Another similarity!
