Yeah, I was really confused by that. I always assumed that was the sketchy way to incorporate a new business there for tax reasons, so I incorporated in my own state for fear of getting targeted by the IRS.

I think if your biz is incorporated in Delaware and the majority of your clients comes from the internet, it doesn't matter for the IRS, you should still pay your personal taxes where you live.
It's a really good new because here in Belgium it's such a pain in the ass to open a company and the taxes are so expensive, it doesn't make sense anymore.
