    Super excited to share this with everyone. I've been working with the team at Smooch.io to design the experience of our on-boarding bot.

    As we brainstormed on better ways to get users started, it became clear to us that we needed to try building a conversational on-boarding. Not only did this allow us to solve our design needs of getting some profile information in a way that's more engaging than filling a form, but it also allowed us to demonstrate some of what can be done using Smooch (bot, interaction in message, etc).

    That's a bold move! I'd love to hear how it affects your conversion rates. Slack does something similar after you've signed up to help populate your profile. (https://www.pinterest.com/pin/202802789444418420/) Like your setup, it's a great onboarding flow that gets you up and running while letting you experience the power of the messaging product.

    Let us know the conversion rate. I suspect it will kill your conversion, but its always good to test.
