Sparkbox's team page is one of my favorites. I like that each photo has a different background, but still feels consistent.

This is very minor, but the person's picture can be seen moving for a moment before the overlay transition is complete. I would assume this is unintentional. Either way it looks great.
The slight raise up? Ha yeah that was intentional. It's supposed to make the overlay transition slightly less subtle :)
