Im a big fan of Gimlet Media - https://gimletmedia.com they do Reply All, Startup, Surpisingly Awesome, Mystery Show (which i don't like but some may) and a new one, Science Vs, which is an Aussie export they picked up late last year.
Another one I'm a big fan of (coming from the art world) is Ritual & Ceremony - http://www.ritualandceremony.com An aussie designer who runs a gallery as well interviews a bunch of local australian creative folk. Its very personal and conversational, but enlightening and a nice change while sitting at my desk!
Also putting in votes for 99 Percent Invisible, Song Exploder and Immutable
You need to start listening to the NTMY show from Tobias van Schneider http://www.vanschneider.com/show/
Not really a design or dev orientated podcast but super inspiring.
Agree with many of these, I'd also add Tomorrow with Joshua Topolsky to the list.
Thanks for the Layout mention
Song Exploder — http://songexploder.net
Some of the ones I have been listening to lately:
Design Matters by Debbie Millman! http://www.debbiemillman.com/designmatters
Design details is pretty awesome - http://spec.fm/podcasts/design-details
This is more of a “how to think about work” podcast, but Back to Work is one of my favorites.
Make sure you give Late Nights with Trav and Los a go!
On The Grid and the award-winning Revision Path*.
*This one is my podcast -- It's also a good week to catch up on past episodes since I've got laryngitis and there's no new episode.

A podcast I run with my boss Dennis. We talk about everything relating to product development and product design. We are big advocates about transparency and we share our learnings and also failings of things that have happened during the past weeks.
Here's a short summary of the last episode:
In this episode we talk about how to find the balance between fidelity and speed, a challenge for any organization working with product development. Dennis shares one of his favorite theories: The Theory of Constraints, a simple and powerful way of identifying bottlenecks in your value stream. Marcus tells two stories about applying a mindset, and a philosophy to produce more innovative and quality work. And lastly, Dennis geeks out on a new toy that he just bought for the office.
The Unmistakable Creative Podcast - my absolute favorite.
99 percent invisible
Design maters is best
The UX and Growth Podcast. I'm a co-host, so I may be a little biased. But we've been doing this for a few months and the response has been great. I bring the UX & Design side of things and my co-hosts bring the Growth & Development side. All 3 of us are HubSpot employees, so we offer a pretty cool "in-the-weeds" practical perspective. We also do occasional interviews (I have one with Jeff Gothelf releasing soon). It's a very actionable, "how-to" style podcast.
If you (or anyone else here) end up listening, I would love to hear from you. We started this as a fun chance to grab a few beers and talk about things we love, and it has since turned into a real thing with a lot of listeners, so we're looking to improve it every day!
I can't believe anyone haven't mentioned Iterate. https://bjango.com/articles/iterate/
One of the best design podcast out there..
Above Avalon. A good podcast if you're into Apple.
