To us, yes. We see these all the time and the message is getting old. But to our potential clients, my hope is that they'll see at least one of these and begin to think about the message so when the time comes, this conversation doesn't have to happen.
Just for clarification, I am totally aware that we have all seen and heard this message at some point, but I posted this video after seeing this posted on DN yesterday and I couldn't believe it was being promoted within the Design Community.

I really wish I had this like 2 months ago when a client asked for a free update to their "broken" website 1yr after the contract ended. It wasn't broken. >.<
