Ah, it's annual report time. The visual style reminds me of Kickstarter's annual report from 2012, but updated and refined. I like it. https://www.kickstarter.com/year/2012

Perhaps I haven't been paying too much attention to website design of the past few months, but is it just me or are extremely colorful designs such as this one becoming trendy?

Great use of Work Sans. Such a wonderful font, and it really reminds me of Adelle Sans.

BG images don't seem to be optimized! Quite a few hefty meg+ guys in there. :P
Some really nice color interaction though. I like it.
