      play around with after effects for the weekend, you'll get that hang of it sooner than you think!

          I'm not sure but I know it is, I've been using AE a lot this month to create some animations (that are nearly impossible with CSS/JS alone) for a new website that I'm working on. Looking at them, they are definitely possible through AE, it'll just take you some time to learn for sure ;)

      Learning animation isn't hard. Timing takes years to nail down well. Read up on timing theory by Richard Williams.
