I think I need to relocate :/
This is a pretty genius recruiting tool. I wish more companies (and employees) would embrace transparency about wages and rates.
On the flip side: showing your cards to competition can make it easier to poach people, and can make future salary negotiation more difficult for leaving employees.
Yeah. It's definitely a double edge sword. I think if you're consistently paying people well though, you'll do well.
I think it's pretty impressive that Buffer pays their Designers more than Developers across the board.
Having said that I've never seen a company with higher paid designers than engineers. I wonder why Buffer is doing this.
Bit disconcerting that a developer position is paid close to what a "diversity guardian" makes.
What are the requirements for that position? Being white CIS male probably puts out of them ahah.
Yikes, the salary spike when selecting San Fran says a hell of a lot.
