I know this is just meant to be a cute/funny idea (right?), but I like the idea of social networks with constraints and properly-geared incentives. What if, for example, the number of comments you could leave on Dribbble had a weekly cap that could be increased if enough people flagged your comments as insightful/constructive?

Thats a great idea but the main downside: People would rarely upvote comments that critique their vote.

It has become a really obvious issue to the few that really do give critiques and opinions about work: The creator will delete your comments so all that is left is 'cool shot.' and 'looks good. nice.'

New special offer from dribbble. Give 20$ for PRO account + 20$ for infinitely useless comments.

Yeah, if you can end with this useless comment, then it's a great deal for you. As I work at my paper writer reviews site, this is a great deal for me, too. I will tell my friends about this deal immediately.

But that's ugly and, in some cases, too much work. And this solution transforms dull comments into gold!
