Getting into podcasts recently and I'd love to hear some of my fellow designers' favorites! Design-focused ones would be great, but broader topics around tech and life are great, too.

I really enjoy listening to the Joe Rogan Experience. It's about comedy, fighting, science, life, and whatever the guest brings to the table.
Forewarning, I'm a Podcast junkie. Most my favorites aren't even design related although 99% Invisible is just amazingly good. I'm a big Merlin Mann fan.

America's Test Kitchen and Gastropod are great if you like to cook/ are a foodie. Also Sporkful.
The Black Tapes podcast is really good too.
I don't like cooking and am not a big foodie, but Gastropod is one of my favourite podcasts

In priority order:
Doughboys — Comedians Nick Wiger and Mike Mitchell give honest, un-ironic reviews of chain restaurants. Each episode is hilarious.
Nerdist — Shouldn't need much of an explanation. Lots of great guests every week. Henry Winkler has been one of my favorites. Stephen Tobolowsky was a trip, too.
The Adventure Zone — Three brothers and their dad play D&D together for the first time. I'm not even a huge D&D nerd, but these guys are hilarious.
Comedy Bang Bang — Again, shouldn't need much of an explanation. Half-interview, half-improv comedy.
Design Details — I catch this one every now and then when a topic or guest catches my attention.
I Was There Too — Interviews with actors from iconic films who were either extras or had smaller roles. Lots of insight into some great directors and processes.The Goodfellas and There Will Be Blood episodes are good starting points.

Its the most energetic and informative podcast out there for business and practical advice that will help you grow your business. Its not really design focused, but its really entertaining and generally helpful.
Really shocked to only see one mention of Stuff You Should Know, but that was the first podcast I got into so maybe I'm biased :)

I listen to a lot of the podcasts already mentioned, but if I could only pick two podcasts to recommend to you right now it'd have to be Serial and Mystery Show.
Why these two? The reporting is solid, digestible, and the seasons run short—meaning it's way harder to fall behind on listening. And Mystery Show is a little bit Herzogian, if that appeals to you.
Shocked to the core that WTF is in nobody's lists.
The How to start a Startup series from Y Combinator.
Surprised nobody pointed out Typeradio. It's been there for so many years and I consider it as one of the better ones. http://typeradio.org
P.S. It's not(!) about Typography, just design in general.

I'm subscribed to 43 podcasts in Pocket Casts. Here's some of the lesser known/appreciated ones:

I don't have a ton of time for podcasts but the ones I do listen to are usually video game specific.

The Bret Easton Ellis Podcast is my favorite podcast of all time. I can't even believe it exists, frankly.
What about it makes it so special?
It's primarily focused on cinema, but Ellis is really hung up on the strangest cultural currents and just spends an hour unpacking these things in a way I'd imagine only a writer could do.
Even if one isn't interested in cinema or music, just listening to him and his guests (well, many of them) work through this minutia is pretty awe-inspiring.
These are my favourites. I've just started listening to Limetown which has instantly gripped me.
