Do you use CRM or contact manager?

Hello guys, do you use customer relationship management tool (CRM) or contact manager of any kind in your business? Do you have need to manage your contacts? What do you use? I would like to hear your thoughts and comments on this.

    We use in our company Google Spreadsheet as CRM - it works like a charm :)

    After realizing the opportunities that we were missing just because of lousy customer relationship management, we at Superawesøme have become huge proponents of the practice.

    We've even produced a SaaS for it called Funnel http://funnelnow.com/. It takes care of everything for you — from lead gen, through deal tracking, to contact management.

    Hey Mike,

    Currently, I am using Leadin which is a free tool created by HubSpot. I guess they made it to get your info, and maybe to try to get you into a HubSpot workflow.

    By itself, it is a powerful tool if you leverage it's capabilities with other software such as MailChimp. It is a bit limited, and it really only stores your contacts in a database. But combined with the MailChimp API you can really get some nice functionality out of it.

    Also It's worth noting, I am not in any way affiliated with HubSpot, I just think their tool works well. And its completely free which is a plus. Let me know if that works for you. Or if you need any help with the tool. I'd be glad to help.
