What's the model for revenue here? A percentage finders fee for the top companies you're referring jobs to?
What if the company uses their own project management system or a style that's not the home-brewed "on the house" system you've made?
Where do estimate numbers come from and how do you line those up with the 3 companies that are handpicked for the job? Do you communicate with them well before on things like budget, availability, interest, etc...?
