Please let this be real.
Love the "P" in the logo.
? not seeing it
Attractive and skillfully produced, but ultimately ineffective.
The big, attention-grabbing elements don’t communicate anything. “Change The Way You Communicate” is generic to the point of being meaningless. A scrolling landscape is irrelevant.
The message could be 10x stronger just by changing the headline to “Send Messages By Carrier Pigeon” and adding a carrier pigeon in flight to the animation.
This is the kind of feedback we want more of. I really appreciate your comments, we actually did work on an animated pigeon to fly across the background but it ended up looking really out of place.
I agree 100% on the top copy, I'm actually going to see about changing that. Maybe AB.
Again, thanks for the feedback.
I thought messenger pigeons can only fly home.
Exactly. How can you give an address to a pigeon and it know where it is?
It's not about addresses, it's about distances to your address and the direction/velocity of flight.
That's why we can only support single home addresses right now.
On that subject, what is the airspeed velocity of an unladen carrier pigeon?
African or European pigeon?
We specifically use Pakistani High Flyers
I still have no idea how a pigeon can deliver to any address other than its home address?
Are you selling pigeons to people?
We use a system that instead of detecting and reading addresses, we simply measure the direction and time that would need to be traveled at a specific velocity specific to each of our birds.
This way, the birds don't need to learn how to use Google Maps, but instead to respond to a high frequency beep when they are above the home.
That's a crazy idea. Very cool.
That mark!
The front page is nice, and I do really like the logo, but why is the blog so vastly different? IMO the different color of purple and the rotated layout is a bit disruptive. Also, you may want to think about moving some of your footer links up to the top. At this point there is more content in the footer than in the main nav/front page.
But, the front page is quite nice.
Eh, the blog was thrown together a while ago. We haven't redesigned it to match the new website design.
It's on the list!
If this is real, this is the best thing ever. Loving the whole corporate identity!
lol @ this Pigeon's bio:
Michael Beakon
Pigeon's first bird to fly over 100 miles. He is the pigeon we deserve, not the pigeon we want.
Love the logo and favicon. Well done!
Love it. Clean and neat design!
I put my friend's email and zip code into this.
Now I wait for them to be harassed. I hope this is real.
It's an early access sign up form… not something that will actually send a pigeon
(I know that.)
ok, weird
Parse has had this since April 2015: https://parse.com/products/pigeon
That's fabulous
Oh. My.
Yes.
We do this routinely so Mr. always change the way we see the plan on the other thing we've done with Mr. O is used to rate are sounding better to slice right through the polar ice caps when they look like and so using 20 megahertz we want radar don’t in this case out for us by the buyer presently we’ve been able to slice through toward the way MRI's to our body and see the layering structure are the polar ice caps on mars there about three kilometers tech they are layers 102 meter stick thereon a scale to let. http://eyeluminousfacts.com/ht-rush/
The messaging over top of the moving mountainscape actually gave me a headache -- like reading in a moving car.
