Wow. Every single time, Stripe's designers and developers just nail it.

I realize Stripe is a super technical company (and all their designers code), but I wonder if they'd be open to a designer open source project. Something like a modular UI kit, Typography, or Icon work? I don't have anyone or any project specifically in mind, but would be cool to see design getting a shot at some of these grants.

Love the game of life in the background. Makes it feel so alive and interesting.

Does anyone know if AnimatePlus is the library that Stripe uses for all of their other animated landing pages? I'm interested in their process. Stripe landing pages are probably one of the best in the industry (if not the best).

I remember one of their designers talked about their process on a DN post, but I can't seem to dig it up.

Very likely, seeing as the maintainer of AnimatePlus is Benjamin De Cock, designer at Stripe.

As someone who's had to update the source code for some of those animations, I can tell you it is definitely not, and I desperately wish it was. :) I've started using it in new projects, and it's fantastic.

In fact, I suspect having to code those intricate animations manually was a big motivator for Ben to write Animate Plus.

Awesome. It would be really cool to get an inside look at your process at Stripe when coming up with and developing these landing pages (maybe a blog post?).

I recently used move.js in a project and it was ok (still easier than maintaining a bunch of CSS defined keyframe animations). I'm excited to try out Animate Plus.

AnimatePlus is a godsend. Used it on the last animation I wrote and saved me weeks of manual keyframe writing.

Definitely don't be scared to use on your next production project.
