Love these. Kinda makes me wish you analysed entire apps, not just the onboarding, hahah.
That'd be really hard! One of the best parts of reviewing first-run experiences is that they're really driven by a single narrative (when done well). Once someone is up and running in the app, the use cases can really diverge, which makes things a lot harder to assess.
Considering how big Skype is, it's quite interesting to see the problems you encounter here.
I'd love to see you do the desktop onboardings next (or at some point in the future!). The web one in particular, as I've set up Skype accounts for my family and I'm always kind of surprised at how bad it is.
