I like a lot of the design, especially the animated hover over each core service. It's nice that they start out simple with the icon and typography but really stand out on hover with the image contrast and animation.
I also really like all the design details on the subsequent pages, especially the About page.
I'm a little confused by the idea to have a main menu as well as a pop-out menu. At first I assumed the hamburger menu icon was to hide the nav and only discovered the submenu of core services because I decided to try clicking. Having them on the home page probably keeps this from being an issue, but asking your users to simply test things to know why they exist seems like a bad plan to me.
One other critique. We are on a 75Mbps internet connection and the header images / animations usually didn't load until about 2-5 few seconds after the page loaded. You may want to optimize those if you can.
I know a wordpress site when I see one.
I liked the look, but the animations are maybe 30–40% too slow for my taste. Both the hover states and the navigation fades… just a little too slow.
Even though the site is performant, the animation speeds make it seem like it’s lagging/loading/overloading.
