Let's say we all, the 200+ designers that are on the map right now, want to get together at one place, want to minimise travel time and costs, where should we meet? Here is the list of places: https://flock.teleport.org/#!/a60543dfc6b76c5e In total we would spend more than 1500h in airplanes with costs for flights of estimated over $150,000.
(disclaimer: Unfortunately we had to take the following cities out of our calculation, because otherwise we could not keep flight routes with max. 1 stop per person: Calp, Apeldoorn, Meylan, Lajeado, La Ceiba, Mendoza, Rolla, College Station, Waco, West Lafayette, Fargo, Madison)

It's pretty easy to get profile pictures from Gmail accounts, at least I saw Mailchimp do that.
