    Whenever I'm stressed out, people have told me to take a walk and chill out. Unfortunately, walking is where my brain is probably the most frantic and deconstructive. It probably also helps that conversations on walks can be had without the usual "maintain semi eye-contact and subsequent facial reaction expression" conventions that are so utterly distracting.
