But... can I download this? Is this just an "idea"?

Because if it's a teaser... I'll forget about this.

Seems like they're just making their banner ads "smarter," so instead of it just saying "Buy Post-its!" it will display virtual Post-its that you create on their site.

So it'll look like this: See Post-it ad that says you can add your own notes, click through and write something like "change tires," then as you navigate the web and run into more Post-it ads, you'll see the note(s) you left for yourself.

It's just a really clever ad campaign that uses cookies to remember your notes rather than track your shopping history or something similar.

Oh. You mean... it's an ongoing campaing (or will be). That's really smart, didn't think of it like that. I thought of it as a plugin. Like an ad-blocker with functionality.

        I guess I won't see the ad though :)

    This is truly incredible design!

They're able to make their audience deliberately replace every single ad banner with their own without even paying any cost—enables it to not only follow their target market everywhere but also managed to not annoy the audience for it's constant presence. They're even able to make the ad extremely relevant to their audience effortlessly by having the audience to post it for them!

I also love the fact that they managed to antagonise all kinds of online advertising while sticking their own and making it as the hero.

    What an epic design. Kudos!

I gotta say, I appreciate the hell out of the inventiveness of this.

This is really clever! Post-its seem to be able to aptly brand themselves for a digital age. First the Post-it Plus app and now this.
