    Looks cool!

How are you planning on making money? (Wondering if I sign up if my data will be sold).

Hey Justin, we're exploring a few options, either introducing premium feature or even a simple by donation model. But we definitely won't sell your data as our privacy policy states. Part of why we started it was our distaste for the spammy policies that current solutions have.

Great idea, and sorely needed. I wish I could pick a custom colour for my monogram. Also, it'd be great if standardresume.io/user would redirect to rsm.io/user, just in case people type in the wrong address.

EDIT: I know there are a couple of these kinds of things people are trying to get started, but this is by far the best looking one I've come across. Love the type.

Looks awesome! Will be signing up shortly. Cool that you can have a custom URL as well. Keep up the great work!

I'd recommend throwing the sample resume on the site somewhere, that's what I'd imagine most people will want to see right away. I was looking for it right away and couldn't find it.

My cofounder and I had an idea for something like this a few years ago. We called it the 2 year resume. Basically there would be a high amount of detail for everything you've worked on over the last 2 years then overview for anything prior. Our thought process being that in tech, the last 2 years of work is probably the most important in terms of software, tools, and hardware that you've been working on.

Tbh the design could be better. Line-height and padding seems off at most places. http://dsh.re/5b3bb

Just a thought. You might consider putting a button linking to a sample resume front and center on your site.

For myself, the demo is the most important selling point, or rather I don't like signing up until I've seen an example of what the finished product could look like.

I thought LinkedIn no longer allow company to use their API for such purpose as in import their CV profile. But nice React application and simple app.

    Hey Sinan,

Just a heads up - it looks like your Linkedin import isn't working. At least it's not for me. Allowed access but nothing happening afterwards. Nor when I skip the step and choose to do it from the builder screen.

Other than that, really nice simple sign up!

Same here. Linkedin doesn't work for me.

BTW this looks awesome. Exactly what I would want my resume to look like.

Same, just tried to import the resume from Linkedin, but it seems not works. But it's a really nice service! Exactly what I'm looking for. :)
