Interesting choice on the type usage: ONLY sans-serif on the home page, yet ONLY serif on interior pages...
I'd like to hear the thinking as to why the menu goes to a hamburger when it doesn't need to (and only on home page), yet nothing else on the site seems responsive
Growth, growth, growth, growth, growth, growth, ...
The only redesigned part of this is the homepage, which is essentially a landing page. It has completely different styles from the rest of the site and looks and feels like it's "added on" to the rest.
Either way, the old design (interior pages), are much better than the new landing page.
