Airmail 2 on Mac and Mail.app on iOS. Airmail 2 is finally a good successor to Sparrow.
I'm using the Mailbox beta right now. Works pretty well for a beta, although it has it's hiccups every now and then. Before I used mailbox I used Airmail and it was alright.
I'm also using Mailbox beta. I have used it since launch, but now it is really starting to piss me off!
It's so much wrong with it and it seems like dropbox has left it on the shelf. Have basically had the same bugs since day one.
Really love the iOS app though. I just wished the desktop version would be less buggy.

Airmail on Mac, CloudMagic on mobile. CM recently made their pro features free too! (:
CloudMagic will be deploying a Mac app before the end of this year. :)
I'm looking forward to CloudMagic on Mac! I recently started using Outlook for iOS though, that Focused Inbox is pretty sweet.
I was using Airmail 2 on my Mac and Boxer on iOS then I moved over to Mailbox for both. Now though I'm just using Mail app for Mac and The reason for me changing was that they started to go slow and sluggish.
The latest versions of Mail app are working fine for me and I like the rules features.
Mail.app on all platform.
Airmail 2 at the moment. I've tried them all. None are great :/
I've used Mailbox and Inbox by Gmail. Both are good, although I prefer Inbox. Just trying out a beta from Sortd. Seems like an interesting take on the whole task list idea and lives on top of gmail, although annoying and buggy interface makes me want to turn it off more often than have it on.
Airmail 2 for me as well
