BTW, just discovered this a couple of weeks ago:

If you use Slack, you can just cmd+c the artboard you want and cmd+v in whatever channel you want to share the jpg.

Works also in other apps like Keynote to make quick presentations etc... No need to export ;)

Wait.... is this a joke? This is almost exactly what the share functionality within Sketch already does. The only difference being the built-in share function creates a link from the official Sketch website.

Update: I was wrong! This adds functionality that does not exist in Sketch for sharing.

Wait, what? there's share functionality already in sketch O.o

I was just looking for something to do this weekend so I built this.

Sketch leverages the standard OS X "Share" action sheet to send screenshots of slices or artboards (it's in the lower right corner). The problems are:

        1. No keyboard shortcut
        2. Nobody knows this exists (like you)

It's not inaccurate to call this "Easier" and I think there is still room for something Droplr-style like this in the Sketch ecosystem.

Interesting, yeah that's pretty hard to find. I've seen the icon but never clicked it.

Although I don't get the "official Sketch website" mentioned by Tanner. The options I have there are Flickr, Facebook, Messages, Email and Twitter. Do you have it?

Ah, I was wrong, this plugin adds additional functionality to sharing that is not present in Sketch. Sorry about that.

ah, no worries :) Actually learnt something about existing sharing options in Sketch which is good.

Looks like wake.io might have some good functionality for this too. I was inspired by framerjs share link, which is a pretty easy way to get a demo to someone.
