This is great. It's the first time I think I can say a site feels whimsical and capricious but still functions very well. And a part of me feels like those homepage effects were made by Dadaists.
Really unique artistic direction on this. Enjoyed it. History page is really impressive.
I spent five minutes on the homepage. I felt like a children.
It was a lot of fun, wasn't it?
Enjoyed that quite a bit :)
Working on an animation/interaction driven site at the moment where a 'character' moves down the page through a journey. Not sure which direction to go in to achieve the smoothest scrolling though. Can anyone recommend somewhere to start?

Anyone know how NASA Prospect developed this? http://nasaprospect.com/
Pure Canvas animation. So clean.
Thanks for sharing that! It has a unique and well curated history section. I hadn't heard about Fornasetti before but I'm glad I know his work now, and was introduced to him via top notch design.
