Just curious, What design methods / software / tools are you using at your company ?

Hoping by sharing we might all discover something new.

The company I work for is new to UX, so I'm introducing a Lean UX process here.

Our design team is still using Photoshop for mockups. Trying to move them over to Illustrator / Sketch.
