I know it's coming soon, but I don't really know what it is! Are you sure you weren't a bit too eager launching what is effectively just a holding page? I don't really want to give you my email as I don't really see any benefits for doing so. Feels like there's not enough there.

Thats a very fair point, I knew that there will be some people who were going to be unwilling to sign up - but that's okay!

We're currently holding our cards close as we don't want to give away our unique ideas away just yet until the launch of the beta. If you're still interested maybe you could sign up when we announce it's launch :)

      Thanks for the feedback Ed!

    Hi everyone,

So myself and Karl are in the process of creating a finance and time tracking tool for freelancers. We're hard at work creating an initial beta build, and hope to launch it within the coming weeks!

Happy to answer any questions too! Thanks!

Instantly drawn towards that logo - the colour graduation is great.

I don't know if it's just the typeface, but the "P" in Pendium has a hook at the top left. It's different enough to draw attention to it, but it's not the same as the P shape in your motif.

The two "P"s look quite different - and their stroke weight is close enough that it looks like it could be the same, but it's not quite.. Have you tried iterating the stroke widths, or somehow bringing the design of the P's closer together?

The site is super cool. The intro text is just enough to concisely explain your product, and the way the placeholder text in the Email field floats upwards is a wonderful interaction!

We will launch a process journal very soon, where Karl and myself will post updates on how everything is going. I will talk about the logo and how we decided on the one that we have now. I can definitely say that there were many iterations in order to get to where we are now.

Keep an eye out for the blog soon!

Thanks for the great feedback Thomas! We're aiming for perfection and subtle details go a long way - I'm glad you've noticed :)
