Way better, also like the blurred artwork, way better than the LQ stretched images.

Oh and thanks for the track, nice one!

Really great, unique style. Who is responsible for design over there?

I like this change a lot. The little popup audio controller they had in the corner for years was annoying.

This was definitely a good move. What they had up last time was a bit too busy.

It is awesome "looking" but they stripped a ton of features from the new version that people loved before the current redesign. We no longer have comments, ability to create /edit / delete playlists, no info on artists or songs or see related artists, can't edit profile etc. Basically no social features. Oh..and no ability to preload a song or mix then enter an area without service without having it cut out which was huge for me because I ride the subway a lot. This was possible before the update. Ugh...now I sound like an iTunes reviewer. And it sucks because I don't want to be like this...I love Soundcloud!

I'm sure they have their reasons. :-/

You don't need app to upload music/audio content onto SoundCloud. Most audio apps whether it's music creation apps like iMaschine or Loopy support SoundCloud. There's also AudioCopy.

I like it. The player feels much better with all that room to breathe and the lighter palette. The top menu also looks better and although the organization has been improved, it still feels like there is a ton of menu items.

Wow, this took Soundcloud quite a while.

But I really like that it's now easier to navigate the player across tracks. Still it's a little confusing when you're within a track and can skim through the track at two places.

So much better than the previous update. I've seen these current changes for a while now (months?), wondering if it was a slow rollout.

The changes are all very superficial, but I'm a fan.

Now if only they'd add basic features such as private messaging and commenting to to their mobile apps...
