I'd prefer film to podcast.
One of my favs: Mike Monteiro's Fuck You Pay Me! http://thenuschool.com/fck-you-pay-me/
Along similar lines is his keynote speech from Interaction 15 https://vimeo.com/121082134
Mike Monteiro has given a great talk about our responsibility as designers. Great inspiration & reality check. https://vimeo.com/68470326
EDIT: Kasper Andersen has this design talk covered! (my bad for not seeing it in time)
Here is a couple of talks

I've watched this talk a few times and each time I feel like we need to help ourselves more.
Bret Victor - Inventing on Principle https://vimeo.com/36579366
Anything by Bret Victor is worth its weight in gold. I would also recommend his essay Magic Ink, which despite being written in 2006, is still infinitely relevant today.
Bret Victor is amazing...I really love the graph for 'Existential Dread' on his bio page.
The Best Interface is No Interface by Golden Krishna https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iFL4eR1pqMQ
Some faves from the Designers + Geeks series:
It's a Write / Read (Mobile) Web by Luke Wroblewski of Google: http://www.designersandgeeks.com/events/its-a-write-read-mobile-web
The Real Me by Aarron Walter of MailChimp: http://www.designersandgeeks.com/events/the-real-me
Find Your Must by Elle Luna (Author, Mailbox, Uber): http://www.designersandgeeks.com/events/find-your-must
(Disclosure: I run Designers + Geeks, but felt these were relevant to the thread)
Its like i found a gem! Thanks for posting these videos online :)
Google Form, 2014: http://www.google.com/design/form/#about
I second Interaction 15 ^
This TED compilation has an amazing array of talks from the giants of the industry (Sagmeister, Scherr, Maeda, Carson, Glaser...etc. The Heatherwick talk is one my favorites. The way he thinks and the scale at which he creates is so inspirational.)
I've seen Keith Frankel speak twice and it's been a thoughtful, personal and relatable. See his climb from philosophy major to Creative Director of Hub Spot in Escape the cave: Rethinking what makes a great creative.
Grab the Reins and F*cking Do it by Jessica Hische is a fun and frank and talk on the intersection of art, design and technology.
Mildly related: Kevin Kelly @ XOXO https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i1cmnizKPlk
Ben Chestnut from Mailchimp is number one for me.
Do What You Love -http://creativemornings.com/talks/ben-chestnut/1
I really enjoyed Christina Wodtke's keynote "The Architecture of Advocacy" at World IA Day DC: https://youtu.be/w2SFnDYQBwY?list=PLsDW2I2k0SP79Bi1zJLeiQk8CNl4vJKJ0
SAA presents Brandon Rike
I try to only post really good design talks on this Quora blog of mine, Designing the Future: http://designingthefuture.quora.com/
Frank Chimero has always been on the top of my list. This one in particular is great https://vimeo.com/59384516 "Do things the long, hard, stupid way"
Wilson Miner – When We Build: https://vimeo.com/34017777
Design + art + code = Robert Hodgin's Eyeo2012 talk https://vimeo.com/45526286
