I'm looking for work at the moment, and I'm getting calls daily from recruiters who have "the perfect role for me". Every single one of them so far has been completely unrelated to both what I can do, and what I want to do, and I'm simply matched because the word HTML or CSS appears in my CV.

What I'm asking is, does anyone have any experience using recruiters who actually understand design and front-end development, who actually understand what I can do, and have the contacts to pair me up with an awesome company?
