Now this is a really cool product!
The cards are beautiful and super useful to brainstorm as a team and work on project.
Woop woop! Just saw this. Thanks for adding us here.
I'm here to answer questions about the kits if you got any.

very cool!
The site didn't do a very good job of summarizing what this does. What is this used for exactly?
We're working to present it with better clarity. It's basically a tool that summarize important aspects of different fields. To use as discussion starters or mapping projects.
Believe that the "How to use" should be directly on the landing page? https://medium.com/methodkit-stories/17-ways-of-using-methodkit-13f39586de25
MethodKit is so awesome! It breaks the ice, gets everybody involved and makes brainstorming really fun.
Thanks Tom! BTW, I saw Weld on Producthunt. Massive success!
Pretty neat but i'm with chad on this one, they're dammed expensive (atleast for a student :)). Any thoughts about developing an app with the same principles as the cards?
I like the idea. Very nice way to sort the ideas – they always come randomly – so it may increase productivity.
The price range is in between 50 - 230 euros. I think it's expensive.
Thanks!
Yeah, pricing is hard, it would be cool to be able to offer it to everyone. We seen that it's been working well to teach project development in schools.
On one hand it's cheap for companies where the decks allow them to have great workshops with their clients & more effective meetings (most of the companies here charge between 50-250€ an hour), but we wanted to allow individuals to buy as well, 49€ is quite affordable. It's not the price of paper, that many of us are used to tho. :)
The problem comes with distributing this to Brazil Russia, India & China for example, where 49€ would be a fortune for a normal citizen, we're looking into that, that would probably mean cutting down on quality & coating.
What would be the pain point for you in buying a deck? (Send me a mail at ola@methodkit.com)
Hey Ola,
I've been interested on purchasing this kind of cards for a while, but as you mentioned for countries like mine, 49€ it's expensive, even more when you will like to purchase more than one deck.
Have you guys look into charging as a subscription service, I know it takes away the flexibility of having printed cards with you but it will allow you to reach other countries.
Another way will be to charge for PDF versions of the cards that people can download and print. I'm sure people that can afford it will still buy the nice ones.
