I think a really helpful addition here would be to explain where each dash is used. Then the site can double as education for people who don't know.

Saw it, but since this is a nice reference, it'd be nice if people didn't have to go somewhere else.
Great resource! Thank you… even if no one will notice the difference between most of them. But seriously, I didn’t know that you could do a soft hyphen in HTML. Very useful.
