I'm working on a new app and want to try making flow charts (or something like them) for the user paths on the computer for a change—I usually just use grid paper or a whiteboard, and might still, but want to entertain options that are a little more automated.

What software do you use for making flow charts, or, if you don't do flow charts, what's your process for mapping user paths?
