Thank you for this German utilitarian goodness.
Checked it out, "Oh this is cool, free too. I wonder who made it?"
Sees Soffes in the commit history, "I should've known".
Rad! Ta.
Nice! Makes a great alternative to the classic Fliqlo screensaver.
This is apparently not made for dummies like me. How to make install?
double click
I'm sure I'm missing something, and I'm equally sure you're enjoying feeling smart, but I don't see a .saver or .qtz file in the download, and Googling confirms that these are the files I should look for. Nor do I see some sort of installer thing. I tried opening some other files in the zip, which as expected didn't work.
Oh wow, that's odd. Did you download this file? https://github.com/soffes/clock-saver/releases/download/v0.4.3/Clock.saver.zip
Ah… no. I'd just downloaded the zip from the right rail, rather than the wee link to the releases section.
Git noob, I suppose.
Thanks, Marcel!
Oh yeah! Installed. In full black version.
cool thanks!
Would install if there was a black on black option.
You can! Just adjust the settings after install.
Installed!
(FWIW I immediately set to black-on-black after installing.)
