Yep. Truly annoying but a VPN does wonders ;-)
In Colombia, there's only 3 of these available on Netflix. We don't even have "Metropolis".
Urbanized may be the best in the Hustwit trilogy.
“We asked families what is more important: water heater or the bathtub. There was not enough money for both. Decision makers or politicians or professionals, they normally tend to answer the water heater. And in 100% of the cases, when we asked this the families, they preferred the bathtub over the water heater. You have to understand that they are coming from no water, no sewage. A shower meant to have a can with water in the corridor, so they’re going to have privacy. More important than that, when they move in, they do not have money to pay the gas bill to heat the water. So knowing that in their priorities bath tub is much higher than water heater, let's do the bathtub and allow them over time to buy the water heater.” - Alejandro Aravena on participatory design
Agreed. Helvetica gets all the attention, but Urbanized is by and far my favorite. I actually think Helvetica might be my least favorite of the three.
Urbanized is actually the only one of the 3 I haven't seen yet. It's definitely on my to watch list. Sounds interesting, just from that one passage!
weird that Norbit didn't make the list.
I haven't watched Netflix for some time as I cut the cord. But having bought Amazon FireTV and installed beast tv iptv service on it, I have access to more than 2500 channels. Now I'm looking for the suggestions. Thanks for sharing!
