Can anyone point me to some of their favorite UI/UX designers on dribbble? For me, the website is mostly dominated by illustrators and logo types. I want some more web/UI/UX/conversion folks.

How do you demonstrate all the thinking that goes into good UX in a single image? UI, okay, but you're still missing out on a lot of important context.
Good dribbble users will post with notes and context and attachments and links to the full product. Which is why I'm looking for more good dribbble users, haha.

There's so much talent on Dribbble. Impossible to make one "super" list that doesn't span many pages. You need to do your own scouting.

Merely sharing the short version of the argument most people make: People say it just breeds a lot of the same style and trends. There's also no solid critique. Just lots of "GOOD JOB!" and "AMAZING".
Well, make sense. But thats the point they build something lik dribble right? Or anyone have any preferences to other portal that give solid critique?

Use apps and find out who are on teams that built them.
If it solves a problem for you or someone you give a shit about, then consider it the best of [whatever] you define best of by.

I'd agree with Cory, especially if conversion is one of your primary goals. My advice would be to seek out talent that has helped companies known for DR/conversion. This is assuming you are talking landing pages and or sites though.
For example, a dude here named Aubrey works for Science. Also hunt out people who've worked at places like Intelligent Beauty, Guthy, etc. Those designers are very data/results driven and might be a good bet to seek out...
Sadly, sometimes what you may think is great ui/ux actually hurts conversion and retention.

Honestly I can't do too too much DR stuff because it's usually soul sucking but sometimes you need to keep the pay checks flowing and do some bidness.
I do think you can use consumer psychology knowledge, growth tactics and business savvy WITH rad design and delight while getting paid. Harping on the pixels and "I don't like green" is not really my thing because the literal measurable results of those things are rarely worth the effort they cost.
I like business and I like design. I mix em'

I know you are looking for examples on Dribbble, but you should checkout some FramerJS examples While not remotely as many designs as on Dribbble, you can experience (with limitations) the design.
