For some context: I wrote this after a hellish project working with a Designer who hadn't done their research on iOS design. I got 1x and 2x resources that didn't match in size, designs that weren't at the correct resolution for iPad and vague directions on colours and measurements. I wrote this so that (hopefully) that would never happen again.
Fantastic resource! Thank you for sharing.
This is very well done. I too have had nightmare projects with PAs who didn't know the basics. It's a resource that I'm going to keep handy, for sure.
Such a great article for those getting into iOS design.
I spent a fair amount of my weekend trying to get my head around this type of stuff. Great work with putting this together.
I think even for the ones who already have experience designing for iOS, this serves as a very good reminder on things you might miss out from time to time. This is a very good write up. :)
