Tried Atom & Brackets. Went back ;-)

Both seemed much less responsive than Sublime. I didn't really find any features that helped me enough in my daily workflow to overcome that.

Can either of you talk about the features in Atom/Brackets that have kept you?

Well Atom is much more user friendly when it comes to managing your packages and themes etc.

The sidebar displays git diffs out of the box, no package required.

And the snippet file is way better than the XML like syntax for snippet creation in Sublime. Atom uses CSON or even JSON.

And as a small factor, it's ver alike to Sublime but then free.

I tried Brackets when it was 4 months old or so. Never got to try it again, maybe I should.

I love Setups. Every time i read one, there is something new to learn.

This time it was: ALT + CMD + ARROW LEFT/RIGHT to switch between tabs. Now this is going to be a fun day.

I'm gonna be that guy, but: I'm surprised how much I like Vim. Y'all should give it a shot sometime.

For background — I'm using Square's Maximum Awesome setup, with a few minor modification.
