I'm quite a fan of this approach - I definitely like the idea of Wireframing in the browser (and had never thought of it before). It's definitely a lot better than some of the wireframing tools that are out there, and it's pretty comparable to going from PSD to HTML. Instead of creating the wireframe again in HTML, why not just create it in HTML to begin with?
One question I have: How do you convey the "big picture" to the client without creating a homepage design in Photoshop? How do you make the client agree that a complete design for the homepage isn't the first step?
